1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom and handmade nature of the product.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Custom & Handmade Products
All products sold on CarAlarmClock.store are handmade and built to order.
Because of this:
- Refunds are not available once production has started
- Minor variations in appearance are normal and are not considered defects
- Each item is produced individually as a collector piece
This policy allows us to maintain quality while offering custom collector items.
3. Model Availability
If a selected car model cannot be sourced or produced, a full refund will be issued.
You will be notified promptly if this situation occurs.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
To process a refund or replacement, you must:
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Provide your order details
- Return the item via postal service
- Provide a valid tracking number (Tracking ID) as proof of return shipment
Once the returned item is confirmed in transit using the tracking number, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
- PayPal payments are refunded via PayPal
- Credit or debit card payments are refunded to the original card
Refund processing times beyond our control may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless the issue is due to an error on our side.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
